At OnPar Health, our Open Workout sessions give you the freedom to train your way. Whether you’re following one of our programmes or just want get some extra training in to boost your results, these sessions provide access to our gym facilities in a supportive, no-pressure environment. Perfect for all fitness levels—just book the session, show up and get to work!

  • Train at your own pace – These sessions allow you train on your own and at your own pace. These are a great way to add more training to your week and will help drive your fitness forwards.
  • Guidance and Support – Throughout these sessions, our expert coaches will be on hand to help you with any equipment or answer any questions that you may have about training.
  • Equipment – Our studios offer various cardio equipment, such as treadmills, cross trainer, spin bikes, air bikes and ski erg, along with resistance equipment like a power rack/cage, cables, benches, dumbbells, and leg press.
  • Timetabled sessions– Rest assured that these sessions wil not be overcrowded. All sessions will be scheduled and bookable through our online booking system. This enables you to organise your training effectively and enjoy your time in the studio without the hassle of waiting for equipment.
  • Meet your goals – Feel stronger, fitter and meet your goals faster. Boost your training by adding extra sessions into your week.

PLEASE NOTE – OPEN TRAINING SESSIONS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE TO CLIENTS WHO CURRENTLY TRAIN WITH US WHETHER IT BE PERSONAL TRAINING OR GROUP TRAINING. THIS IS AN ADD ON AND CAN’T BE BOOKED BY NEW CLIENTS.
