OVER 50’S TRAINING

Across our timetable we have a range of sessions specially designed to suit our more mature clients. We work alongside Age UK and BOPPAA to provide funded training sessions to improve the health of our older generation.

What we do:

01. Designed for you 
Every session is tailored to meet the needs of our more mature clients. You can train with confidence, knowing that you’re in safe hands.

02. Social Interaction
Many people find that group classes help support their fitness journey; as they are training with likeminded people, building friendships and improving their overall mental well-being.

03. Funding
In collaboration with Age UK and the Barnsley Older People Physical Activity Alliance (BOPPAA), we are able to provide a variety of funded training programs for clients over 50. These include indoor cycling, postural stability courses, and our “Train, Meet, and Eat” sessions.

04. Support and Guidance
You will receive guidance throughout the sessions from our expert coaches, who will be available to assist you every step of the way.
