We collaborate with Age UK Barnsley and the Barnsley Older People Physical Activity Alliance (BOPPAA) to deliver funded training sessions aimed at improving the health and well-being of older adults in our community.
The BOPPAA initiative, funded by Barnsley Council and led by Age UK Barnsley, unites NHS, private, and third-sector organisations to expand access to physical activity programs for individuals aged 50 and over. Its mission is to enhance strength, balance, and overall health through accessible, community-focused fitness opportunities.
At OnPAR Health, we are proud to support this vision by offering specialised sessions for the over-50s. With a thriving community of over 80 members, we provide more than just fitness—we create opportunities for social connection through regular group activities and social events.
